Kim, with sadness we recall,
Your patient smile and beautiful brown eyes.
You showed us endless courage and strength
And touched so many lives.

With so many wonderful memories, we thank you!
Oh the places that you have traveled
And the people that you have met.
You have changed their lives forever.
You have impacted people so much,
It is simply unexplainable.

Everyone treated you as a “normal” person.
Your handicap made everyone realize how precious life is.
Your wheelchair was no barrier,
But instead a “vehicle” to spread God’s tender love.

You were a fighter to the very end of your life here on Earth.
Now, you are singing, dancing, and running around in heaven.

We miss you now, but we know you are so happy and free!
We realize how much you meant
To us and made us all who we are today!
We all hope to see your radiant smile in heaven someday!

Love,
Jamie & Steph

Wow has it really been that long since I posted.  I just happened to look today and saw that the main page was completely blank.  I just thought I would bring you all up to speed on whats been going on around here since Christmas.

Jamie has started her fieldwork at Lincoln Public Schools.  She has the rough job of playing with school kids all day long.  OK so maybe its a bit more than that but after the initial shock of having to get up early to be to work around 8:00 wore of I think she is really liking it.  Her stint at LPS is about half over so she has about 6-7 more weeks left there then she will move on to Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital for her final fieldwork.

I am still plugging away at work and school.  I'm taking AutoCAD this semester, that is really kinda fun to draw different things, its a pretty powerful program and can do lots of really cool things.

Other than that not to much else is new around here, just trying to stay warm and out of trouble.
